My name is Tiberius, I'm one of the co-founders of www.sensorica.co

I'm contacting you with an offer to collaborate on the Raman spectrometer. I'm building a prototype at the Sensorica lab, using some optical parts that we have laying around. We'd need to order the laser, greatings and pinhole... This version will serve as a demo at the lab as we are engaging the local community to use it. Strategically, we have chosen the application of detecting plastics in/on food products, liquid and solid. We believe that this is what would interest people most. The vision is to democratize food quality control.

Sensorica is an open value network, specialized in material peer production, only designing and producing open source DIY hardware. So we're not a corporation, be it for or non profit. We're not a coop either. We're an open network. You can learn more on our website.

Our governance and policy, based on ethicks and common economic sense dictate to reward those who innovate and increase the commons. So the proposition is to partner with you to benefit from your experience and we'll add a kickback to OpenRAMAN for every transaction mediated by currency. In other words, we'll use a % to represent your fair share for every sell or service that we do using this spectrometer. The rational is here
